1/2 red cabbage shredded
1/2cup cider vinegar
1/4cup sugar
1 onion chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, add vinegar, sugar, onion and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Bring o a boil.
  3. Add cabbage and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 min.
