4.4.2 Shredded brussels sprouts with crispy bacon

1kg brussels sprouts thinly sliced
olive oil
8rashers streaky bacon sliced
2cloves garlic thinly sliced
2tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Fry bacon in a saucepan until crisp.
  2. Add garlic and stir until aromatic.
  3. Add brussels sprouts and cook stirring constantly, until bright green and start to soften.
  4. Transfer to serving bowl, drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
