Instructions
- Combine mustard, juice, garlic, pepper, and oil.
- Rinse meat and place on tray.
- Brush with mustard mix and cook for 10 min then reduce oven
temperature to 140 ° C.
- Roast 3 h. Baste every hour with the mustard mix.
- When finished cooking remove from oven and cover with alu-foil
and rest 30 min.
