chicken bones and leftover juices
1 onion peeled and quartered
1 carrot peeled and halfed
1 bay leave
10 black pepper corns
lemon juice optional

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a pot and cover with water.
  2. Bring to boil and simmer for at least 4 h.
  3. Strain soup into an other container.

Notes:
Freeze in ice cube tray for later use.
