10 | g | instant coffee powerder |
50 | g | chocolate streusel |
250 | g | almonds | ground |
60 | g | icing sugar |

Instructions
- Mix 1 egg and 1 egg yellow (keep egg white separate), sugar,
vanilla sugar, coffee powder, and chocolate streusel.
- Add almonds and mix until dough doesn’t stick.
- Sprinkle with flour, roll out to 1 cm, cut out cookies and bake in
preheated oven.
- Beat egg white until hard.
- Add icing sugar slowly and keep mixing until the icing mass is
shiny.
- Brush icing mix on finished baked cookies and let dry.
