Ingredients

(1 4 cup) red wine vinegar
(1 4 cup) coarse grain dijon mustard or normal mustard
(1 4 cup) maple syrup
(1 4 cup) olive oil
1tsp salt
2sprigs rosemary

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients.
  2. Marinade pork in zip lock bag in fridge until ready to be used.

Notes:
Marinated pork can be frozen for up to 3 months.
