3.4.1 Chicken with Cashews

100g cashew nuts
600g chicken breast cut in pieces
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
4 chillies
2 spring onions chopped
soy sauce
1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Roast cashew nuts in olive oil and set aside.
  2. Fry chicken in batches until done and set aside.
  3. Fry garlic.
  4. Return meat and add remaining ingredients.
  5. Return cashew nuts.
