200 | g | sour cream |
1.5 | tbsp | dill |
1/4 | | red onion | finely chopped |
50 | g | smoked slamon | chopped |
2 | | eggs |

Instructions
- Combine sour cream and dill in a small bowl. Season with pepper.
- Scatter onion in four ramekins.
- Divide salmon and half the sour cream mixture among the
ramekins.
- Crack an egg into each.
- Top with remaining sour cream mixture.
- Bake for 12 to 15 min.
