Ingredients

500 | g | lamb |
2 | | onions | finely chopped |
4 | | garlic cloves |
| | garlic salt |
| | tumeric | lots of it |
| | smoked paprika |
2 | | cans of red kidney beans |
1 | | can of Persian Spice mix (Alvand) for
Ghormeh Sabzi |
4 | | dried lemons |

Instructions
- Fry garlic, onion, and meat
- Add tumeric paprika and garlic salt
- Add boiling water to cover
- Add herbs
- Add kidney beans
- Make holes into the lemons with a fork and add to the stew
- Let simmer for at least an hour. Longer does not matter.
