5.8.2 Satay sauce

One of Edwin’s favorites. Serves: 4

Ingredients

Amount
 Ingredient Preparation
10 g butter
1 onion finely chopped
1 clove garlic
1 tsp sambal
1 pinch sugar
150ml water
200g peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Warm butter, onion, garlic, sambal, sugar, and water in a small sauce pan.
  2. Add peanut butter, constantly stirring.
  3. Bring to boil.
